Graybill Communications / PSVI will warranty any failure in the workmanship of our installation for as long as your department or agency owns this vehicle. All Warranty Work will be performed @ Graybill Communications in Hiawatha, IA. Field service for warranty work is available and will be performed for current travel rates.
All new equipment purchased through Graybill Communications carries the original Manufacturer's Warranty. Shipping Charges will apply for any equipment that is under Manufacturer warranty and requires shipment to and from Manufacturer. Reduced Rate Labor Charges of $40 per hour will be assessed for any removal and re-installation of new equipment purchased through Graybill Communications for ONE FULL YEAR from final build date.
Any warranty, repair or installation services on any used or new equipment purchased through any other source other than Graybill Communications will be billed at current technical and installation rates.
